Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Eduva Tech, we strive to deliver high-quality technical training and ensure a smooth learning experience. As our services are digitally delivered and resource-intensive, we maintain a strict but fair Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All course fees paid to Eduva Tech are non-refundable once:

  • The course has commenced, or

  • Digital access (to recorded videos, labs, or materials) has been granted

This applies to all live, recorded, or hybrid training programs.


2. Valid Grounds for Cancellation/Refund

A refund request may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

a) Batch Cancellation by Eduva Tech

  • If Eduva Tech cancels a scheduled batch due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical constraints), students will be offered:

    • A full refund or

    • An option to shift to another batch/course without additional cost

b) Duplicate or Mistaken Payment

  • If a student makes a duplicate payment by error, they may request a refund for the excess amount.

  • Refunds for such cases will be processed after verification, usually within 7–10 business days.


3. Course Postponement or Batch Rescheduling

In case of trainer illness, system maintenance, or unavoidable events, Eduva Tech reserves the right to reschedule sessions or shift the batch dates. No refund will be applicable in such cases; however, all sessions will be conducted in full as per the revised schedule.


4. Course Transfers Instead of Refunds

If a student is unable to attend the batch they enrolled in:

  • They may request a transfer to a future batch of the same course, subject to seat availability and management approval.

  • This request must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled start date.


5. No-Show or Incomplete Attendance

Failure to attend sessions or complete the course without valid written communication does not qualify for a refund or batch transfer.


6. How to Request a Refund

Refund or cancellation requests must be sent via email to:

Include the following:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Course Name

  • Reason for Refund/Cancellation

  • Proof of Payment (transaction ID, receipt)

Once approved, eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


7. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions are made by Eduva Tech Management. The decision will be considered final and binding.
