At Eduva Tech, we provide online training and digital services only. As such, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy explains how our training services are delivered, timelines for access, and what students can expect after enrolling in a course.

1. Digital Nature of Services

All Eduva Tech courses—including CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Ethical Hacking, and others—are delivered 100% online through live instructor-led sessions, recorded videos, virtual labs, and digital learning resources.

There are no physical goods dispatched or couriered.

2. Service Activation Timeline

Once a student completes the registration and payment process, the service delivery typically follows this timeline:

  • Live Batch Courses: Students will receive access details (meeting link, schedule, orientation info) within 24–48 hours or as per the announced start date of the batch.

  • Self-Paced or Recorded Courses: Access credentials are usually shared within 12–24 hours of confirmation.

  • Lab Access or Certifications: Provided based on course progression and internal schedule, often after a few sessions or as per the training plan.

3. Delivery Channels

Service access is provided via:

  • Email (meeting links, credentials, course material)

  • WhatsApp or SMS (reminders, alerts)

  • Learning Management System (LMS) or cloud platform (if applicable)

  • Dedicated Telegram/WhatsApp groups (for doubt sessions and updates)

Please ensure your email address and phone number are correct during registration to avoid delays.

4. Delays or Exceptions

While we strive to deliver timely access to all services, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Payment gateway processing delays

  • Technical maintenance or system upgrades

  • National holidays or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, our team will communicate promptly and provide revised timelines.
